House Rules/ Policies

Due to being located in a private residence and guidance from local authorities, it is requested that you follow these policies. These can change and will be updated if new information is gathered about the spread of Covid-19. Thank you in advance for your understanding! 

 

- Due to the private location, no walk-ins are excepted. Please feel free to use the convenient online booking system. 

 

- Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you can not make your appointment on time, your service may be shorten or you may be asked to reschedule. 

 

- Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early for your appointment, unless you have been requested to do so. The appointments are scheduled to not have any overlap or clients crossing paths. It also ensures that plenty of time is available to properly sanitize and prepare the treatment room. 

 

- Please do not bring any additional guest to your appointment, unless it has been discussed in advanced. Children are not allowed due to state restrictions.  At this time no children or guest are allowed on the property or unattended in the neighborhood. You may be asked to reschedule your appointment. 

 

- All clients will be asked to wear a mask whenever it is possible to do so. It is requested that you sanitize your hand when you arrive. Your esthetician will be wearing gloves and a mask for the entirety of the service.

 

- If you are no feeling well, have a fever or cough, please reschedule your appointment. It is state policy with TDLR that no services can be provided if you are suspected of have a contagious illness or parasite. 

 

- The business is located in a private gated community. You will be given instructions and directions when you book your appointment. 

 

- Please park your car in the drive way. If you park on the street or in front of another home, it will be requested to move your vehicle before the appointment. 

 

- Please be respectful and tranquil, inside the treatment room and outside the business. 

 

- No Call/No Show on your appointment, consistent late arrivals, or reschedules. Reminders for your appointment are sent in advance, please reschedule any appointments 48 to 24 hours in advance. You may be referred to another business that takes walk-ins to accommodate your busy schedule. 

 

- Please pay for your appointment in full after your service. All forms of credit card payments and cash are accepted. All payments are processed through a credit card processor, cash apps are not excepted at this time. Theft of services will be reported in a similar manner as a dine-and-dash.

 

- Specials are offered seasonally and can be found either on this website or on Facebook. Due to lower over head, the prices offered are extremly competitive. Concider it a special everyday! At this time additional discounts or bartering are not accepted.
